First Mid-Atlantic VOAD Annual Conference
Cacapon State Park, Berkley Springs, WV is the site for our first Regional Annual Conference.
The Conference is sponsored by the state VOADs within FEMA Region 3 and include the VOADs in Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, DC and Virginia.
The Planning Team is currently working to secure a climatologist or meteorologist to present the science behind the increased intensity of storms, frequency of storms and other effects we will continue to see as the result of global warming and climate change.
