SUMMARY:DEVOAD Quarterly Meeting
DESCRIPTION:DEVOAD Members\, Partners\, Affiliates\, and Friends\, \nOur next DEVOAD Quarterly meeting is scheduled for Monday\, January 22\, 2024\, between 10:00am – 2:00pm at the Delaware Emergency Management Agency (DEMA) building at 165 Brick Store Landing Road\, Smyrna\, DE. 19977. For those attending in-person please enter through the Training Entrance\, around the back of the building. A lunch will be provided for the in-person attendees. A “hybrid” option will be available to accommodate those not able to attend in-person. I will send out a detailed Agenda and Zoom link. \nThe first two hours (10-12pm) will be a topical session\, with “The Role of Volunteers in Disaster” as the theme. DEVOAD will provide lunch\, then from 1pm to 2pm will be a business meeting including the election of the new Executive Board. \nI will send out an email to our DEVOAD Members with details on the election next week\, the Zoom link\, and a detailed agenda. \nThis Quarterly Meeting is also the Annual meeting as required in the DEVOAD Bylaws\, so it is important that as many people as possible attend to allow us to do official business.
